Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms looked great, very clean, and super comfortable. The staff was friendly and informative. The location was convenient to the mall and Skytrain, and the dining experience was awesome with a hearty spread of goodies. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The free upgrade to a suite was a nice surprise, though the rooms could have used a bit of dusting around the air outflow vents. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to the mall and various restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, but the breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Having a mini-fridge was very convenient for storing snacks. However, the toiletries provided were only for one person.
The hotel is located near a bustling mall with plenty of dining options and features friendly staff, but the rooms may lack some expected amenities. The service goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, even providing alternative accommodations when needed.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very large, warm, with a nice view of Vancouver downtown, and the staff was incredibly helpful with all my questions and requests. However, the dining experience was disappointing with some undercooked and unseasoned dishes. The hotel location was great for my layover at YVR and meeting relatives, although the large construction work at the entrance was a downside.
I had a really comfy and great stay at this hotel. It was nice and quiet, just what I needed for a relaxed getaway. The four-star level service was noticeable, although there were some limitations due to the strike situation. Rooms were more than enough for me, providing a comfortable ambiance at a great value.
The hotel rooms were very large and nice, staying nice and dark until we were ready to let the light in. However, the lack of breakfast inclusion was disappointing both at check-in and in the morning at the breakfast room. The rooms were very clean and functioning.
